1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 568jl platform — whether through the website at 568jl.vu, the Android app, or any other authorised channel — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• In the event of a system error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, 568jl reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the original account balance.

Sports bet settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For live in-play bets, settlement uses the score at the conclusion of the settled period, not the full match result, unless the bet is specified as a full-match market.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

568jl may offer bonuses, cashback, or promotional credits to registered players from time to time. All bonus activity is subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be displayed at the time the offer is made available. General conditions that apply to all bonus activity:

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. They must meet the wagering requirements stated in the specific offer terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus abuse — including opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with others to arbitrage bonuses — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, 568jl reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the balance is found to have been generated through prohibited activity, it will be forfeited. Where no violation is confirmed, remaining balances will be returned via the original funding method.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 568jl support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal account after pending bets are settled.

9. Limitation of Liability

568jl provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime and accuracy, 568jl does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical issues at all times.

568jl's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's verified account at the time a dispute arises. 568jl is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including lost profits, missed betting opportunities due to downtime, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits 568jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
